    The current system is a little... painful. I get that the idea is to encourage people to construct a transportation system, but I think this is going a bit too far.

    > Remove /tpa (so there will just be /home, /spawn, and /t spawn for general users)
    > 1 min teleport cool down
    > 5-second standing pause after command is used
    > Remove time restrictions from founders/mods/admins

    TPA is out. We are using /ptp, mcMMO style. For Founders I will give /tp.
    I will reduce cool down times.
